We aim to eliminate any hesitation or confusion with the most current science based recommendations, and will help you navigate this journey into a better health and lifespan in a way that is suitable specifically to you.

meet the founder of primitive physiques:
Johnathon Primmer
A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, personal trainer, & US Army veteran. I completed my undergrad at California State University, Los Angeles & completed my dietetic internship with the Department of State Hospitals with a focus on mental health nutrition. My nutrition and fitness journey began in 2010 during my deployment to Iraq. While overseas I began to learn about nutrition and how to utilize exercise to help manage stress, gain more functionality, and develop my body. Most of my life I have struggled with eczema and other auto-immune conditions related to severe inflammation throughout my body. After discovering the cause, food intolerances, I had to massively change my dietary patterns. Since then I have spent years carefully constructing my dietary patterns to avoid inflammatory foods while simultaneously implementing a nutrition and exercise program to help fuel and rebuild my body. My goal is to help others achieve their best metabolic health and live their life to the highest quality possible.
